Workforce Pell is a new federal financial aid option for certain short-term career training programs. Emerald Coast Technical College is reviewing its Phlebotomy program for Workforce Pell approval.

Workforce Pell is not currently available for ECTC’s Phlebotomy program. The program must complete state and federal approval before ECTC can award Workforce Pell funds to eligible students. We will update this page as the approval process moves forward.
